・ To spread the early spay/neuter operation techniques in Japan, the technique widely accepted in the United States; prevent [pet] overpopulation problem; and achieve a great improvement in animal mass-destruction problem. ・ As a practical means to seek above objectives, to establish "Animal Rescue System Fund," and as our main purpose, open an NPO-run specialized hospital in each government-decreed city in Japan. ・ To collect related information from relevant specialized institutes in the United States; set up a think-tank that serves to solve the pet overpopulation problem; and introduce animal-rescue cars in cities, like those in the United States.
